Q. Do the rooflights come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 36 month warranty for the breakdown of glass units.

Q. What does U value mean?
The U value is a measurement of heat loss through a roof.  Current building regulations require a U value of 2.2 or higher.  Our rooflights are manufactured to 1.4 or higher.

Q. Am I able to choose a specific colour for the rooflight framing?
Yes, we are able to polyester powder coat the framing to any standard BS or RAL colour range.

Q. What do I need to prepare prior to delivery of the rooflight?
Upon receipt of an order, we will provide a technical drawing which provides all the information required in order for your builder to create a raised up-stand ready to receive the rooflight.
